RETURN POLICY

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item to us within 30 days of the sale date for either a refund or exchange.  If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A sales slip must accompany all refunds and exchanges.

We cannot refund or exchange any worn, adjusted or damaged products. Timepieces must have all protective stickers in place. 

We will issue no refunds on Gift Cards, Special Orders, or on merchandise with engraving, resizing, or other alterations. This includes the sizing of any timepieces.

We will only refund regular priced items; unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items.

To thoroughly process your return, we will require a proof of purchase or a receipt. 

REFUNDS

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to tell you that we have your returned item. We will also inform you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your refund, then we will process it. A credit will automatically apply to your credit card or initial payment method, within a certain amount of days.

There are some situations where we may grant only partial refunds:

  • Any item which you return over 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t gotten your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then get in touch with your credit card company, it may take some time before they official post a refund. Next get in touch with your bank. There can often be a degree of processing time before the posting of a refund. If you’ve done all of that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@marlowsfinejewelry.com 

EXCHANGES

We will only replace items which are defective or are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, be sure to send us an email at info@marlowsfinejewelry.com. We will send detailed instructions for the exchange process.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when bought and shipped directly to you, we will send you a merchandise credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when bought or the giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. In this manner, the giver will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

In order to return your product please contact us at info@marlowsfinejewelry.com for return shipping instructions. 

It is your responsibility to pay for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary; this mainly depends upon your location.
